As if our Kölsch wasn’t refreshing enough, we decided to bump it up a notch. While keeping with the crispness of the Kolsch style, we decided to add mango into the mix.
This addition brings about a tropical sweetness that not only rounds out the bitterness but also heightens the refreshing nature of the beer.
