Our 2017 Shorewood collaboration is Driftwood Russian Imperial Stout aged for 4 months in a 9 year Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel. This years version clocks in at 10.4% ABV and has a rich body, mouthfeel and delicious vanilla, oak & chocolate notes.
Very complex and great as it warms up. Only one barrel of this beer was produced so please savor and enjoy with friends. Cheers!
