Prost! A full-bodied Oktoberfest-style beer perfect for the season or for whatever you’re celebrating. Like any good brewery, we at WBC love Oktoberfest. Therefore we are obligated to provide our customers with our take on the marzen style.
WBC’s Oktoberfest is supported with a great malt backbone thanks to a blend of 100% German malts. These malts allow the German Mittelfruh Hops to lend a spicy, earthy note to the beer. However, this beer would not be true to style if it were not for the yeast strain. Spanning 8 weeks the crucial lagering period helps all the different flavors get acquainted and really allows the flavor to come together to produce an Oktoberfest that is well worth the wait. Prost!
