Go big or stay at home.This quarantine had us scratching our heads on our next barrel-aged offering and we remembered we brewed a big (imperial) alcohol version of our Raspberry Blonde summer seasonal 9 months back.
It too was quarantined in Napa Valley Merlot barrels and now makes its appearance just after the lift of the stay-at-home order. We kept with the fruited, blonde theme of our Raspberry Blonde and added a heavy dose of Strawberry puree and cherry juice to help support the barrel-aged grape character already in the beer.
This drinks like wine! Venture out and buy a can or two. With our new re-sealable crowlers, you can have some now and save some for later.
