This time it is an American style cream ale (think light, crisp and corn forward) with a fun, modern twist. We added a touch of German Oak Smoked Wheat malt to pair with the 1/2 pound of grade A Papua New Guinea Vanilla beans added after fermentation. Expect a rich vanilla aroma to pair with a drinkable ABV and lower bitterness.
This ‘old style’ beer, with a clean finish, is a great spring style beer & should be perfect for just about anyone. Come see where the flashpoint is, at WBC! Cheers!
