This is a modern, experimental take on a German Lager. Double the malt and hops and you get a truly crisp, refreshing hoppy lager with a kick. Almost all Pilsner malt with a touch of wheat and munich malt.
Newly released Experimental hop #10416 from the west coast boasts citrus/tropical flavors with pine & mint notes. Pairing that with Cryo Simcoe pellets at over 3# per bbl really sends this home. The high level of carbonation accentuates the hop profile and makes this strong beer quaffable to say the least! Cheers!
