In August of 1904, the town of Waconia was nearly blown off the map by a deadly cyclone. In the aftermath, lives were ruined, buildings destroyed, the Coney Island ferry was sunk and our town incurred half a million dollars in damage(14.4 million today). To commemorate this sour period of Waconia’s history, we are releasing our next Kettle Sour in the “Cyclone Series”.
The addition of Pumpkin Puree to our finished kettle sour imparts cinnamon, nutmeg and festive fall inspired flavors that blend seamlessly with the base sour beer. Call us crazy, but this is tasty! Enjoy a tulip commemorating our town’s history and celebrate our 7 year birthday at the same time!
