Rhubarb Rosè Barrel Fermented Sour Ale

Our 2nd anniversary beer is one that’s been on the works for almost 3 years. We debuted our Flanders cherry sour last year for our 5th year and people loved the complexity and our first dive into barrel fermented sour beer.

We saved a barrel of that same Flanders Red and took 2 new Golden sour barrels and blended them all, added Rhubarb puree to provide tartness and sweetness. Enjoy this taproom only creation over the late fall and early winter! Cheers to 6 years at WBC!
