WBC’s newest creation is a take on the new Italian Pilsner style. Italian Pilsners were created when Italian brewers took a classic German Pilsner and dry hopped it with delicate Noble hops. This resulted in an extremely floral, earthy and delicate hop aroma with subtle bitterness that worked well with a crisp Pilsner finish.
Our take uses 100% Tuscan grown Pilsner malt and multiple additions of Hallertau Blanc to create a unique take on this style. The Hallertau Blanc gives this beer nice floral hop notes with a hint of white wine fruitiness and a light bitterness. Cheers!
