Low ABV, lemon peels, and hop forward, Short Squeeze Session IPA is the everyday beer for everyday people. El Dorado & Equanot spent time in the fermenter prior to fermentation using a new technique known as “Dip Hopping”. After fermentation we chose a large portion of cryo Simcoe as the dry hop addition. It didn’t disappoint.
All these hops lay over top of a fair share of flaked wheat, light german caramel malt and Northstar Pilsner malt. A lemony finish rounds out this crushable IPA and leaves you wondering when the next “squeeze” is coming. Prost!
