Our 2nd collaboration charity brew with the local firefighter crew! $2 per pint sold will go towards their Fire Relief Associsatipno Fund. This time it is an American style cream ale wit ha fun, modern twist. We added a touch of German Oak Smoked Wheat malt to pair with the 1/2 pound of grade A Papua Guinea Vanilla beans added after fermentation. Expect a rich vanilla aroma to pair with a drinkable ABV and lower bitterness. This ‘old style’ beer, with a clean finish, is a great spring stye beer and should be perfect for just about anyone.
